Rather disappointing tbh.... I had made a booking with Stephanie who was obviously over running with her earlier client. I was asked if Ali could cut my hair instead.... I had a visual, the same I had used previously with Stephanie who cut my hair perfectly. Unfortunately not on my second visit... to short is putting it mildly. I can't recall the last time my hair was so short which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I never even received an apology from Stephanie for the inconvenience. Whatever!
