I had a balayage appointment with Nicholas, he was very reassuring as I wasn't sure on the color I wanted but decided to go for his recommendation and I couldn't be happier. After he washed and dried my hair we noticed that the color didn't apply well to the front layers of my hair so he re-did it without thinking twice and I was very happy. Overall place is super clean, and Nicholas is the best!
