The Haircut is really bad..I wasn't able to appreciate it at that time as she styled it but after the 1st wash itself its showing that its not done properly..the hair is unevenly cut and even though I asked her to give me layers to give volume.they r just falling flat on my face without any shape.the highlights do not appear like highlights but actually as global color..it was my 1st time to get highlights and im soo disappointed.im planning to dye them black as they look really bad. I 260£ gonewaste

Nicolas was great, very friendly and professional, and wore both a mask and face shield which I appreciated. He managed to fix a bad haircut for me and gave me great advice. I will come back

All the staff were lovely and welcoming. They catered to my needs really well. As I’m a person who wears a headscarf they accommodated to it really well and respected it. My stylist Asia was so professional and lovely to talk to. She was very good company and knew what she was doing.
