I had a haircut here last week. The stylist was very nice and I like my cut. My concern is that they are not taking proper covid precautions. Only one employee of five wore a mask the entire time I was there. One only had a face shield, which does not provide adequate protection. Two had face shields and masks but wore the masks on their chins with nose and mouth uncovered, so the masks were useless. One employee, I think the owner Shadi, was not wearing any face covering at all.

Although the staff are friendly and nice (in particular the lady assisting people on the floor was very helpful) I was a disappointed with my overall experience and don’t believe the service I received was worth the money I paid sadly. I am happy enough with colour but not sure about the cut I received.
The lady doing my hair clearly didn’t look at what I was booked in for and I had to tell her even though online I was booked in to be looked at by her.
It all felt very rushed and harsh on scalp at times. There wasn't really any time or care put into styling my hair. I was told whilst colour was being put in they are back to back with appointments so had to put colour in quickly. I understand its a busy time but I was made feel a bit like a nuisance in a way and that my time wasn’t important as I did not see other clients being hurried along as much as I was.
It also did not feel very covid friendly as I was told to take my mask off when putting colour in and I seen quite a few customers with no masks on which I found a little worrying.
I feel more time and care could be taken into the experience rather than just focusing on getting as many people in and out as possible.

Shadie always sorts out my hair nicely despite my annoying hairline. He is quick, friendly, and experienced. I've tried all the brands like Tony & Guy through to Headmasters and was always disappointed how inconsistent they were, and had a high turnover of staff. Give Shadie a try he may become your new favourite too. Many thanks

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Nuray is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work!
