Ella was lovely but overall outcome of half head of highlights was disappointing- I'm still very dark and that 'half head' of foils blends too much, can't actually see I've had it done - frustrating spending money to re-do my grown out roots and not seeing the lightened desired effect anywhere near the roots as I asked for. But very friendly service.
