The treatment took 4 hours and 15 minutes which was a very long process, there were also incidents where I was made a to feel a bit uncomfortable when the stylists removed her mask, and during hair washing my fabric mask was absolutely soaked and very unpleasant to have a cold wet mask plastered to my face. It might be worth supplying masks to clients who could then replace them after hair washing? I'm sure clients would be happy to pay a charge to support this in future.

I was really nervous about getting my hair done and have been avoiding having it cut for past two years due to a bad experience elsewhere, but Yoselita did an amazing job and I love my new hair! Will definitely go back again
