I came for an appointment for highlights. Yoselita, was lovely and asked what sort of tone I was going for. The colour was great, but the bleach was placed in a way that appeared streaky and completely unblended at points, I have random bits of bright blonde throughout my hair. I went back and Francesco was amazing and very hospitable but all they could do was tone it to reduce the contrast, which did help but now I’m left with ashy grey hair (not blonde). I wish I had gone elsewhere tbh:(
