I was recommended this place by a friend of Giovanni and specifically asked to be seen by Giovanni, but when turned up, I was assigned to another stylist who was unaware of my booking and didn't really do what I asked for. The saloon is tidy, but full of hair everywhere and unkept. The receptionist only realised I booked a mask when I had finished everything and had to leave to return to work. I think the place has potential, it just needs a bit of TLC. And I wished stylists did what we ask, not what they feel like doing.
