Dashna did such a good job with my hair up, one of the best i've had. I sent a picture ahead of time & she did a fantastic job of recreating what I wanted.

Unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant experience to be honest. We were at the salon on time to find it wasn’t even open, so she was unprepared for the services. By the time she got set up it was 15 minutes into the appointment time. She had asked me to confirm what the treatments that we had booked, and then still proceeded to try and give me a manicure (I booked two pedicures, one for me and one for my mum). We had also asked beforehand if we could be seen together so that we were there for one hour and not two, which she confirmed was fine, but then it was only her in and we had to be seen separately, taking 2.5 hours! Sadly, the Covid hygiene didn’t seem to be in place as I didn’t see her clean the equipment between mine and my mums pedi and the ladies mask was half on. She seemed very under confident and was asking us what she should do which wasn’t very reassuring. The equipment was outdated and the experience as a whole was really disappointing. I can’t see us going back sadly which is really disappointing because she’s local and we had high hopes! The colours we chose look good, that is the one positive I can give.

Dashna is the best. Really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The most thorough wax I’ve ever had. I have recommended her to all my friends. She is always fully booked because she’s so great.
