I booked an appointment at this salon online, paying the price of the service online. I arrive at the address and on the door it is displayed that the salon is temporarily closed. Is this normal? Who will now return my money?

Treat well sold a service knowing the company had gone out of business. Wasted trip to town and a disappointed child. Having to wait for Treatwell to reply and issue refund. I will never use this service again.

I would suggest never to book an appointment through Treatwell, it is a rip off they keep your money and the salons don't complete the bookings. I have tried to get a refund both through the salon and treatwell and neither will do so. I feel really upset that with all prices going up these two companies are happy to rip me off

A good haircut but no atmosphere ...bright lights and at points no music playing. I also had to continually remind the hairdresser what I wanted! It seemed they had their own idea of what I wanted! The actual cut was good when I got it though :) but overall, it was alright and the staff were friendly and the place was clean and covid secure :)
