I was late to my appointment due to delays on the tube, but the therapist was completing understanding and allowed me to keep my appointment time. The treatment itself was great; she's very thorough and clearly experienced. And we spoke throughout so it distracted me from any discomfort/pain. I will definitely be going back.

This is the second time that I come to Shades Beauty and Tanning. Agata is great, she is very kind and the hollywood wax was one of the best I had. It wasn't as painful as usual and she was very perfectionist. I will definitely come back!
