My experience at Shades was wonderful. After a few disappointing waxes, it was such a relief to find this place and I will definitely be back! The lady (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) who did my Brazilian and leg wax had a lovely, comforting nature and was very thorough. My skin is really sensitive but she applied a nice powder and used a little anti-bacterial wand thing (I'd never seen this before!?) and my skin has stayed in nice condition since. It's also the longest lasting wax I've had. Will definitely be back!

Very happy with the service. My eye brows were very sensitive to waxing so the skin around them doesn't like this method as much as threading but that was my mistake. The beautician seemed qualified and professional. The experience was remarkably relaxing.

Lovely therapist however management had booked in my time wrong (for the second time) and not as thorough in terms of hair removal as in the past.
