I had a great experience at my appointment. Hair done very well, the atmosphere and both ladies at the salon were lovely. I do have quite long and annoying hair, but the results were awesome. Will definitely come back!

My hair was done very well but I had to wait almost an hour and a half to be seen. Charlene herself did not do my hair but one of her trainees. My hair was done well but the appointment was booked with her. I was also charged an additional £15 because apparently the price on treatwell is not correct. I had to pay more for the haircut but I wasn't told this until my hair was already being cut! My options were to pay more or leave with part of my cut. I won't be visiting again.

I'd definitely book here again. The only reason it's not a 5 is because I received a call on the morning of my appt asking me to go in later but I had a wedding to go to. I turned up and they were still cleaning and we started/finished later than I needed to but they were so lovely and good that it made up for this.
