Seen good reviews but was disappointed. I arrived at 9.40 for 10am booking, due to questions and therapist not ready, started at 10.25, had to move my car&pay a fee. The room was good, just little cold. In the session, there was too much talking, I preferred to have quiet time. When massage on my shoulders, it was too heavy and half way my head hurt, I mentioned this but treatment continued without checking if pressure is ok. After 2 days, my shoulder still hurt and there was no aftercare advice
