Fantastic experience, the facilities are great. The beautician is skilled, precise and knowledgeable. A little gem on the corner of Waterloo Rd. We shall definitely be returning again.

not a very good experience. I ordered a wet hair cut. I got a dry cut. it was supposed to be for 30 minutes but after 15 she said she's done and cant do more!!! I told her I'm not happy and she suggested I see a mend barber!!! very unprofessional.
