Terrible haircut experience.
I was looking forward to this visit and long overdue haircut. As a busy mum l have manage to give an hour to myself and booked visit at SGB but unfortunately Libby was too busy chatting to another client to even acknowledged me, even though l sat next to her! Once l finally ask the manager how long its going to be she acknowledged me, after that l had to wait another 20 min so wasted close to an hour! Haircut was so rushed and hair so hard to managed now! TERRIBLE!

First time in the salon and first cut since before the first lockdown. Libby made me feel welcome and guided me through the look I wanted and I’m so happy with the result. First time anyone had ever suggested thinning my hair and my hair feels so much better and lighter, and definitely more manageable.

I like chatting with her about new hair products and asking her advice about my hair.
