I was running late but everyone put me at ease immediately when I arrived. Libby made me aware of each step throughout the process, and gave me confidence that my hair would look great! Oliver was also great at making conversation and paid an interest. I rarely go to a salon because I feel uncomfortable but the whole team were so welcoming and fun to be around, will definitely go back!
