Sophie was great. Very clean and professional. I had not had a facial before and she explained everything she was doing and why which put me at ease. I was reassured by her attention to hygiene and insistence on gel hand washing. Will definitely be back soon and highly recommend.

Painful but worth it, pores on my nose were signify reduced! Would have liked a bit more massage included though!
