Michelle worked wonders with my eyebrows and tidied up a very unruly bikini line! I enjoyed the lava shell massage, however, Michelle felt the shells were not not enough and gave me a voucher for another massage, free of charge. This is excellent customer service and I will recommend her to to all my friends . 10/10

Waxes are painful, there’s no two ways about it. However, care was taken to make this as comfortable an experience as possible and it was over really quickly (and not as sore as anticipated). Professional job and Michelle put me at ease with good conversation.
