This was my second time getting my hair straightened and my first time at SevenPlus. The outcome of the straightening was not good. Some party of my hair were left frazzly and other parts the hair was burnt off leaving some tufts. My hair has also started falling out a lot (about 3 times the normal amount). At this point I'm just waiting for it to grow out. I would not recommend anyone to go to SevenPlus for Yuko Japanese straightening, it just destroys your hair.

Fantastic experience and so pleased with the result! The stylist was extremely knowledgeable. He took extra time and care on my straightening treatment and hair cut to make sure everything was just as it should be. I will certainly return when my hair needs the straightening treatment once again.
