The haircut didn't really match what I asked for, even after showing multiple pictures. I also asked for a nice wavy blow dry and walked out with the straightest, flattest hair, because she said that to cut my layers I needed it to be dry and straight (this has never been an issue before)..Overall not super happy.

Being pursued by the salon to reschedule for the second time due to Treatwell not syncing with their internal booking system is far from ideal and reflects inefficiencies in their operations.
