I booked an evening session to try this salon, so just had a "30 minute mini pedicure". The salon itself is clean and well-organised, with several treatment rooms and with calming piped music throughout.
On entry, I was told that this mini-pedicure involved just cutting and buffing of nails, not foot-bath or rough-skin removal. I agreed.
The beautician was not very friendly, but started the nail-cutting. When I asked for her to cut a couple of nails further and to file-down the rough surfaces of a couple of nails, I was told that "that is not included in your package".
The whole treatment lasted just 15 minutes, not the 30 minutes in the offer. NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION LEFT ON THE FIRST VISIT TO THIS SALON. Of course, it could have been just a 'bad hair day' for the staff, but not the friendly, helpful service one would expect.
I may try the '1 hour luxury pedicure' next time to check if it's any better !

I would highly recommend this lovely salon that specialises in massage and really know their stuff!! I booked in for a last minute 60min massage as I had a lot of tension in my shoulders. I am usually very fussy about where I have massages as I have worked in the beauty industry for years and am quite apprehensive about trying new places. Sarah (the owner) was on the desk when I arrived and she was lovely and friendly but also very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. She asked me what my main areas of concern were and seemed genuinely eager to help. She introduced me to my therapist, Nadia, who was lovely and showed me to the treatment room which was really clean and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Nadia then told me that Sarah had informed her that I was most concerned about my shoulders which was a really nice personal touch and she asked me what areas i would like her to concentrate on most and how she should spend the 60min. The actual treatment was excellent and Nadia asked me how much pressure I wanted to make sure it was exactly what I expected. I came out of the treatment feeling so relaxed and so much better. I will definitely be back regularly to see Nadia!! They also run a really good loyalty scheme so no excuses not to go back!! I had an excellent overall experience and am glad I found this place!!
A great friendly service, making you feel comfortable at all times. Is also a very nice, clean environment. This is my new regular!

I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted, I am happy with the results although I would of liked my eyebrows darker. I would of expected the beautician to show me the shade when she removed the tint and see if I was happy or wanted it left on longer. She asked me if I was pleased at the end of my appointment but then it would of been difficult to ask for it to be done again. No other complaints, I would go again but be clearer of my desired result.

I have to say, as it was my first time there, it was very lovely. The staff were super friendly, and I was laughing a lot. There was an ongoing joke about my age (sounds cruel but I'm 17 so she was laughing about how young I was and I was laughing too) and she really made me feel relaxed. Not sure whether I would do aromatherapy again but that's more personal choice, not because it wasn't a great massage! Will go back again :)
