I fully enjoyed my visit to Serenity. The staff who took my phone call was very helpful and informative, especially where I can park giving me a couple of choices with clear details. I found it very helpful as I was new to that area.
The therapist was pleasant and I fully enjoyed the effects of Elemis Biotec Resurfacing which gently polished my skin.

The receptionist/owner(?) was very welcoming. Had a quick chat before having my pedicure done and as she had a good knowledge of the pedicure services on offer I ended up changing what I had originally booked which was a big help. The only thing I would say is perhaps it would have been nice to have been offered some magazines to read whilst I was having the pedicure done.
