After reading reviews I booked in with Hollie at serenity. I had a facial and back massage with her and she was lovely, very knowledgable, friendly and a great therapist.
I’ve had a lot of issues with my back and have scars from surgery and have felt very self conscious about having any treatments but Hollie made me feel so comfortable and I have rebooked and hope to have treatments with her far into the future. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face after a very difficult few years :)
