I have recently has bad experiences with various other companies offering the same service so was apprehensive arriving for my treatment today.
The directions I received from my Therapist Yvonne was spot on, upon entering The Receptionist was very friendly and put me at ease, when Yvonne greeted me she had a big smile on her face took me to the treatment room and went through the right procedure in asking whether I had an injuries, allergies etc.
The treatment was fantastic and very relaxing, the room was inviting, spotlessly clean, warm and the towels clean and hot, I'm sure i fell asleep.... Before any part of my body was touched Yvonne asked me if I was OK and if the pressure was too much or not enough.
I walked out of the Salon floating on air, content and hungry
I will highly recommend this Salon and Yvonne as a Therapist and wish her all the luck she deserves and more
I will also be using my Twitter, Facebook and Facebook accounts to praise the service received, and I will be going back on a regular basis
I urge other potential customers not to be put off by the area as when you enter you are transported into a calm and inviting environment where your relaxation is the only thing on their agenda
Absolutely wonderful service from professional staff member who put me at ease and carried out each treatment I have had expertly. Particularly enjoyed the aromatherapy massage and found the microdermabrasion facial a treatment with exceptional results and value for money. I must also note the friendly nature and outstanding in-depth knowledge that the therapist demonstrated.

Very friendly and welcoming, I was made to very comfortable. I was asked detailed questions about what I required as I have facial scaring. I had a facial, microdermabrasion and ear candling. I skin felt wonderful and the only way I can describe it is baby soft. I stopped wearing foundation for around a month because my skin was so clear. I was so pleased that I how have this treatment once a month or six weeks and I have recommended this treatment to friends and family.
