A negative experience -This was my first time getting builder gel (on the rec of a friend). It was quite expensive and meant to take an hour. I arrived and had 0 cuticle care, no attention to nails, it went directly into what seemed to me identical to gel nail polish. The whole appointment last 25 min and when I asked about cuticles or any other type of manicure practice I was told that was not included. I then called my friend to ask about her manicure & it was a completely different

I have been here twice for quick file and polishes during my lunch hour. Both times it’s been easy to book, they have run on time and I’ve left with my nails looking perfect. So convenient and will definitely be back again.
