Girl who did my manicure rushed so much, it was really unprofessional, she almost did it standing while I was doing my pedicure. Every nail was a different shape, she even damaged them and injured my skin....NEVER before I had such a bad experience. When I asked her to correct them she did it with a problem. BAD BAD customer servise ...In the end I payed around 80 pounds, which is so expansive for this servise!

I used to love this place and have been coming for over 1 year. However, I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment - definitely not the first time this happened! As much as the people are nice and the job gets done, I think it is unacceptable to (often) be late for an appointment. I have very little time on the weekend and am always late after a manicure / pedicure at serenity. Great team but book well in advance if you have something to attend after…
