I used to love this place and have been coming for over 1 year. However, I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment - definitely not the first time this happened! As much as the people are nice and the job gets done, I think it is unacceptable to (often) be late for an appointment. I have very little time on the weekend and am always late after a manicure / pedicure at serenity. Great team but book well in advance if you have something to attend after…

I arrived for my booking at 11 am last Sunday and the staff didn’t arrive to 11.10. I was then told they do not do waxing on Sunday even though the site accepted my booking and I had 3 reminders of time and date. I received a call approx 1 hr after I left and was told sorry we have been meaning to change our site as we no longer do waxing on Sundays Absolutely appalling as they are still taking bookings for waxing on Sundays when I looked a few days later. I am just pleased I did not prepay
