I arrived for my booking at 11 am last Sunday and the staff didn’t arrive to 11.10. I was then told they do not do waxing on Sunday even though the site accepted my booking and I had 3 reminders of time and date. I received a call approx 1 hr after I left and was told sorry we have been meaning to change our site as we no longer do waxing on Sundays Absolutely appalling as they are still taking bookings for waxing on Sundays when I looked a few days later. I am just pleased I did not prepay

I come here very often and it is the first time I am disappointed. The appointment started 25 minutes late and lasted 20 minutes even though I asked for a full pedicure. The treatment was rushed and I did not get the normal pedicure I should with the cuticles, foot massage, scrub etc.
I know there were a lot of people but not a reason to rush treatments paid for.

10 mins late- even though I had appointed and then nails super rushed. Wasn’t asked about shape etc and then cut too short. Very disappointed

I would give it all the stars because I love how synchronised the team is and although I had to wait over an hour, she was super quick and precise when it was finally my turn. (people kept on coming in and asking for appointments-so not really their fault). I appreciate they didn’t want to say no to anyone, which is great for everyone, if you all have time. I had to go to a meeting and was late but at least my nails looked amazing.
