Maybe I’m just fed up with gel manicures - the prices are so high and the quality just isn’t it. I’ve been to Serenity before and I just find the attention to detail isn’t there. They’re lovely, but the cuticle work often seems unfinished, polish gets everywhere including on my skin around my fingers, my nails feel weak and bendy, and the shaping is all over the place - some round, some almond, some slanting off to the side. I want to love it but it’s just not a £40 mani imo

Not the best experience! I’ve been a few times but the last time was very unpleasant. On arrival the staff were disorganised and the way they spoke to customers was awful. I had a 10am app, had to wait awhile. The nail tech (who I never booked with/chose) was suggesting that I couldn’t afford certain things and I’m not sure why she came up with that assumption. Once finished I thanked her and left she chased me down the street saying I didn’t pay although I did via Treatwell it was embarrassing

I only go here as it is so close to where I live. The staff are not nice and can come across rude as some points. It’s very expensive and the shellac normally chips within a week. So I wouldn’t recommend
