It was amazing, my red nails looked beautiful and lasted a few weeks as expected. I will def come back :) my only constructive comment was that I had to wait quite a bit but it was nice to see that the salon was so busy, it means always good things. Keep it up
Gel Nails Manicure
I am a regular customer at serenity, booking every 3-4 weeks. What should have been a 50-55 min appointment took 1hr 15minutes - with others starting after me and finishing long before. Everything was too slow, even with the colour pre selected, the shaping of the nails on each hand was completely different and I had to point it out to get it changed. I hate to leave a bad review but I know this is not the standard of this salon and for the price it costs, I expect & know you can do better

The place is nice and the staff qualified. The only problem is their booking system. When you book with Treatwell they don’t acknowledge the booking so when you arrive you have to wait sometimes half an hour to be squeeze in among other bookings, as if you are a walk in client. This is not acceptable!
