Not the best experience! I’ve been a few times but the last time was very unpleasant. On arrival the staff were disorganised and the way they spoke to customers was awful. I had a 10am app, had to wait awhile. The nail tech (who I never booked with/chose) was suggesting that I couldn’t afford certain things and I’m not sure why she came up with that assumption. Once finished I thanked her and left she chased me down the street saying I didn’t pay although I did via Treatwell it was embarrassing

I only go here as it is so close to where I live. The staff are not nice and can come across rude as some points. It’s very expensive and the shellac normally chips within a week. So I wouldn’t recommend
