Small entry on the main road, I had to call the therapist for the buzzer number because this was not specified anywhere, she kindly came out to open the gate. Nice lady and made sure that I was comfortable at all times, although very chatty - talking through my treatment, so wasn't relaxing for me.
I would like to point out that it is not a facial but a face peel which I was hesitant about however, went ahead with it as I don't mind trying new things. I was told that I'd see the difference in 3-4 weeks, there should be less age spots, rid of black heads, and reduced wrinkles, it has now been a month, and no improvement, infact my face feels dry and sensitive with red patches (it never did before), I put it down to the chemical/s used which smelt and felt toxic!
Also I did not get an Indian Head Massage as written - it was more a shoulder, neck, body massage - even though during the consultation I emphasised that I suffer from headaches and really looking forward to the head massage.
Overall, felt manipulated, and disappointed as this was a treat for my birthday. Serenity should really re-write what they are actually offering.
