The treatment was done really calmly, everything was explained to me and made sure that it was done cleanly, safely and hygienically which I really appreciated when using a new salon for the first time. Liliana was caring and made sure everything was as comfortable as possible (no mean feat for a wax!), she was friendly and checked in on my multiple tones during the treatment, ensuring the wax wasn’t too hot, telling me where it was going to be next, where might be most painful etc. I would definitely come back and would recommend to others!
