Ok, so the waiting area (a corridor) is a bit off putting when you arrive but don’t worry. Donna was lovely and professional and didn’t use that weird breathy voice you so often get when you book a massage. Haha. My massage was EXACTLY what I needed. I swear I could feel the knots in my muscles moving up and out of my back. I shall be recommending her for sure!

This was my first ever wax, and Donna was so good at explaining what was going to happen and make me feel as ease. It was a great environment and I am very happy with the result. I shall definitely be going back!

Went for my second time to serenity beauty for full body waxing. Donna is great, precise and very kind. Waxing is absolutely painless everywhere and the wax that she uses is really good. Definitely recommend it.
