The place was very comforting and atmospheric. As a first timer though I was a bit shocked by the larg sections I was being waxed in, also quite a few hairs were remaining. A few days later now hairs have been growing back so I'm guessing it was not pulled from the root either. Other than the above it was a nice experience and the staff were very friendly and informative. Thank you
