ABSOLUTELY felt at ease with Donna, she has a calm, positive nature about her and I’m so thankful that we were talking as it put my mind off the wax despite it hurting (first timer)! I firmed it but thanks to Donna she made me feel comfortable. I think she’s fantastic with a wonderful energy and calming environment. You best believe I will be going to have more wax’s done by her ONLY!!
