I had a fantastic experience with Donna. This was my last try at a Brazilian, having had a bad experience previously at a different salon, and ongoing struggles with sensitive skin. She made it as painless as this procedure can be, and 24 hours later it's looking calm, as well as smooth and neat. The added bonus is that Donna is lovely, and we had a great laugh.
