The owner/manager seems lovely and approachable...unfortunately the younger woman who carried out my waxing was hostile and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was made to feel as though I should apologise for her having to do her job. The process was far more painful than previous waxes I've had, the wax was far too hot, and the results are poor with lots of hairs left and bleeding. I've never had a problem anywhere else, this is my first bad experience. Will not be returning!

The staff were lovely, and the venue was really great. My nails are very short so putting extensions on them was always going to be a challenge, however within four hours my thumb nail had broken off, and then within two days other nails had cracked or broken. Considering the price I was really disappointed.
