Least painful was of my entire life. Basis is great! She made me feel very comfortable and was able to satisfy all my requests. The was was so quick and almost painless! I will definitely come back to her.

Wouldn’t recommend the lash perm, won’t do it again. It was meant to take 1 hour, took over 2 and effect is very poor, feels like I wasted my money & time and could use the eyelash curler. The argument that my eyelashes are very straight is not an argument, if my lashes were curled I wouldn’t do the perm. And the comment I should do it twice and pay double wasn’t nice either.
Bit unprofessional as well, said she’ll leave the product on my eyelids for 10/15mins and came back over 30 mins later.
