No face hole on the massage table so I had to have my neck twisted to the side the entire time which for a neck back and shoulder massage isn’t exactly a great position and meant I came out with a crick in my neck I didn’t have before! The appointment was meant to be 40 mins but was not even half an hour, when I mentioned it I was told it was because the next client was here so there needed to be time to changeover so it had to be finished early!! Not exactly the way to run bookings.
