I wasn’t impressed with my microblading experience at Serenity. Nigit didn’t take any time taken to find out what shape or colour I wanted my brows or explain the process to me. She didn’t map out my brows beforehand so I’ve ended up with them wonky and the wrong shape. I felt it was all a bit rushed and not thought out. I’ve contacted the salon 3 times to raise the issue and not had any response. Not impressed at all.

It was a lovely way to end the year. Nigit was brilliant, so friendly and gave very good advice. I love my hair and will be booking in again.
