Lovely beautician - really friendly. Lashes are terrible I’m very sorry to say. In no way worth £75! I normally pay around £60 for Russian lashes and they are incredible. These are appalling and I really don’t like to complain. They were applied way too quickly (each lash should be separated out with tweezers- lasting around 2 hours). Some of them seem to be applied to my skin as they are very irritating. I don’t feel as though she is properly qualified in lashes

I had this treatment a couple of days ago and I am SO impressed and happy with the results. Despite having naturally thick and curly hair, my hair is still as sleek, smooth and straight as it was when I left the salon.
Nigit is lovely and really took the time and effort to make sure that the keratin treatment was done well. I cannot recommend Serenity Beauty enough. :)
