I had my first ever waxing with Basia.
I asked for a full legs & Hollywood after 20 years of shaving so I was terrified!
But She was absolutely amazing!
Have u ever heard someone to say that they enjoyed the Hollywood waxing? Because I actually did ! 😂 - I know it sense really weird …

Basia was lovely and there wasn’t anything wrong with her customer service. However, I was not happy with the threading. I asked her to tidy up my brows and not to take too much off and left with the opposite of what I wanted. Basia did ask if anything could be rectified, but once too much has been taken off the damage is done. It’s not a service I would have paid for but I had already pre-paid through the app.
