I had a great time at Serenity. I was visiting Bristol for the day and was really nervous about what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I had to change my original time for the appointment but the salon was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had a lovely chat with the lady doing my nails and I am extremely happy with the quality of the manicure. Very professional and worth it!
