I love getting my hair done with Mel, she's friendly, knows what she's talking about and makes the hairdresser experience so much nicer.
I love going to Serenity as all staff, including Ellie are always a delight. Nothing is ever a bother and always happy to see you. They treat you like a good friend which is always nice.
