It was the first time I had visited the salon. Mel was very attentive from the minute I walked through the door. She was professional and knowledgable, helping me to decide the best colours to achieve the look I wanted. Because I felt so relaxed around her, we also had a lovely chat. I’ve already booked in my next appointment. Highly recommended
