A friend recommended Serene Therapy at Jiggs Hair and Beauty Salon in Solihull which is near me so I booked myself a manicure and Swedish massage for my birthday as a treat. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and my therapist Sonali took the time to go over any concerns with me before my massage. The Swedish massage in particular was really, really good and lasted the full 1hr and 15mins as promised, unlike some other experiences I've had before where I've had to complain about the treatment being cut shorter than advertised. I was really impressed with my Essie manicure and there were lots of pretty colours to choose from, although next time I think I will try the Shellac manicure as recommended by my therapist because it lasts longer. Definitely value for money and a very professional service. I even got a few free product samples to take home with me as it was my birthday so I will definitely return.

I had a manicure done by Sonali and was more than pleased with the results! Not only does she use the best quality products but she takes the time to get it right and to give the best advice on maintenance and care. Best value for money and quality of service in the Midlands.

I had a a shellac manicure and Swedish massage last week. Everything was perfect. Exceptional service with great attention to detail.. My therapist Sonali was fantastic. Perfect pressure on my shoulders as I was suffering from terrible knots . Will definitely be returning again! Great experience from start to finish.

I had a excellent experience. Staff was very pleasant and the treatments that I received was good value for money. Looking forward to going back as they have some amazing offers. I have told my friends and work colleagues about serenes and would recommend others to try them.
