Laura is great and has even reassured me by email when I had contacted her the night before my 1st wax. She is very skilled and knows what she is doing. It was over and done with very quickly. The only thing I would say is that the salon could do with some improvements with the waiting area as it is just a small sofa in the corridor which feels a bit awkward. Also has a lingering dog smell as her dog stays at the salon so it can be a bit off putting. Would highly recommend for a Hollywood wax.
