I was a wimp (as I am with anything 'new'!). I chose Laura because she naturally puts me at ease and shares real experienced views about what to expect from the treatment. Laura talked me through the process including the aftercare, and was very reassuring. It turns out that I had no reason to be nervous, the treatment was actually pleasant and relaxing; you just forget that you have the suckers on - now to wait (as expected) for the results to show! Booked the essential facial for my mum and sister as a gift.
My sister didn’t enjoy it, as there was no extraction or blackhead , even though it’s stated on the treatwell app. It seemed there’s a bit of Miss advertising
